Chamber View Points
Doug Holmes of the Peel Regional Police offers a testimonial about the value of the Hyperbaric Chamber for his force when conducting training in the Tobermory both as a resource should there be a dive incident, and also as a valuable training facility.
Cameron Gibbs, a dive instructor, provides a testimonial regarding his personal experience with having decompression sickness and the prompt and efficient response of the hyperbaric team to ensuring his well-being.
In this video Dr Harpur reviews some of the history and details of the refit to this chamber which he spent over 800 hours in during the Canadian Navy’s work to develop new decompression tables. He was “bent” 4 times during these tests, treated and thinks he recovered. We humour him.
